I am writing this review to inform the public about my family’s experience with M&M Cleaning Services (also known as M&M Maintenance & Cleaning Service). One of their employees, a man named Pedro, sexually harassed my wife while working on Greystar properties. This was not an isolated incident—similar negative behavior by Pedro was witnessed by multiple people. Despite being aware of this, the company continues to employ him. He, himself, is also, based on Pedro’s own words, a nepotism hire, likely explaining why he has not been terminated yet.
Sexual harassment is a serious issue that no one should have to endure. It is my hope that by sharing our experience, others will be informed about the company’s work environment and decision to keep a sexual harasser on staff. Furthermore, Greystar in Playa Vista at Reveal continues to condone this behavior by still allowing M&M Cleaning Services (and Pedro) to work on their property/ies, despite multiple witnesses having come forward about his conduct.
As a Minority & Woman-Owned company, condoning this behavior is deeply disturbing and a disgrace to the cause. Arminda, your inactions speak volumes!

Based on our experience, we cannot recommend M&M Cleaning Services. If you value a safe, respectful environment, consider looking elsewhere for your cleaning needs.
This review reflects our experience with Greystar & M&M Cleaning. I strongly encourage anyone with similar experiences to take appropriate action and share their story. The police is already aware about our case. If you have had experiences with Greystar properties enabling such behavior, let us know.
We also continuously implore Greystar to immediately terminate their working relationship with M&M Cleaning Services.
